Returns

Goods may be Returned for credit or exchange for up to fourteen days after delivery date and will only be accepted in good condition. if this is not the case goods will be returned to the purchaser at the purchasers expense. Proof of purchase and reasons for returns should be stated either by email or by phone prior to any returns decision. 

Right to complain

After orders have been completed by PSA Ltd the customer has the right to raise any concerns to us (PSA Ltd) within 14 days after delivery has been made, There after the sale will be considered successfully completed.
